This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits. This position will render personal care to residents and monitor their physical and cognitive wellbeing.

The Sales Counselor will also be responsible for assisting with internal and external marketing efforts and programs as well as assisting in obtaining goals and objectives of the the community’s marketing plan.

The HWD assists in maintaining compliance of federal and state regulations while ensuring the organizations policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
